What This Feels Like

You find yourself saying yes to things you do not even believe in. Not with conviction, more like a sigh. You cannot be bothered to fight every little intrusion, every policy shift, every new normal. Consent Fatigue is when constant pressure makes passive compliance look like agreement.

Practical Orientation

Start small and get specific. You do not need to resist everything, you need to reclaim one clear boundary. Choose one place where you say "not today" and mean it. Reduce the number of battles, increase the quality. Rest is strategy. Clarity is oxygen. And when you do engage, do it with Coherent Kindness, so your nervous system does not get drafted into permanent war.
