What This Feels Like

You feel the invisible deal. You can belong here, but only if you keep parts of your mind quiet. You start editing yourself in advance. You stop asking the question that would make the room go cold. Belonging Traps are not always malicious. Sometimes it is just fear. Sometimes it is branding. Sometimes it is group glue. Either way, you pay in truth.

Practical Orientation

Keep your people, but do not abandon yourself. Test the water with one honest sentence. Notice who gets curious and who gets punitive. Upgrade your circles slowly. You do not need to burn bridges. You do need at least one place where you can think out loud without being punished for evolving.
