What This Feels Like
So many takes. So many contradictions. So many “breaking” updates. At some point, the system just shrugs. Confusion Saturation is when the brain defaults to tribe, habit, or numb scrolling because clarity feels like work you cannot afford anymore.
Practical Orientation
Do less input, more digestion. Pick one source you trust a bit more than the others and go deeper with it. Let confusion be a signal to slow down, not a reason to surrender your thinking.
