What This Feels Like
You feel fired up. You post. You argue. You win a point. You lose an evening. You wake up and the world is the same. It is not that outrage is always wrong. It is that outrage is easy to farm. Managed Outrage gives people a sense of moral motion while the levers of change remain politely out of reach.
Practical Orientation
Keep your anger, but upgrade its aim. Before you react, ask: does this create leverage or just heat? Choose one lane of action that is boring but real: local, relational, financial, practical, creative. If you are going to speak, speak in a way that grows people, not tribes. Use Coherent Kindness as a discipline: care with structure, not care as a bonfire.
