What This Feels Like

Your mind is busy, but nothing really lands. You scroll, click, half-read, half-care. Attention Fog is not distraction in the old sense. It is the background blur created by too many competing claims on your focus, all pretending to be urgent.

Practical Orientation

Clear one small patch of attention each day. One article, one task, one conversation without tabs open in your head. Attention gets sharper when it is treated as something you place, not something that gets taken.
