Qrious Threads Returns Policy

At Qrious Threads, each T-shirt is individually printed on demand—just for you. This means we do not hold stock, and each item is made specifically to order. As such, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on size or change of mind.

Please check your size carefully before ordering.

A detailed size guide is available on each product page to help you choose the right fit. If you’re looking for a looser or more relaxed fit, we recommend ordering one size up.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives with a printing error, manufacturing fault, or damage, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Be sure to include:

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the fault

Once confirmed, we’ll happily send a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
